Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account?
Not to get started. You create the plan in your browser and we only ask for your email when you want to save it to the cloud, share it or pay. You log in with a link sent by email, with no password.
What’s free and what’s paid?
Planning is free: unlimited guests, tables, rules, auto-seat and the catering list on screen. You pay for a Pass per event to download PDFs without a watermark, place cards and table cards, the CSV for the caterer and the QR.
Does the pass expire?
No. A Pass is valid until the event and you can change the date without losing it. Event data is deleted 90 days after the date, with reminders beforehand and the option to export everything.
Can I import the list I already have?
Yes. Paste from Excel, Google Sheets or even a WhatsApp message, or upload a CSV or Excel file. We recognise couples, families and plus-ones (“+1”) in all nine languages.
What do guests see on the QR?
Only their first name and their table. Never surnames, meals, diets or notes. The page has no ads and no tracking cookies.
Is my data safe?
It’s hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and diet notes have their own encryption. We delete everything 90 days after the event and you can delete the event or the account whenever you like.
