Planning is free. You pay once, per event.
No subscription and no expiry date: the pass is valid until the event, even if you change the date.
Launch prices until March 31, 2027. After that, Pass goes up to €19, Pass+ to €29 and Pro to €19 per month. If you subscribe to Pro during the launch, you keep the price for as long as your subscription is active.

Our promise
One-off payment
You pay once, per event. There’s no subscription and no automatic renewal.
No expiry date
The pass is valid until the event and you can change the date without losing it. Event data is deleted 90 days after the date, with reminders beforehand and the option to export everything.
From Pass to Pass+
If you start with Pass and need more, you only pay the difference: €7.
One pass, one event
The pass is tied to the event you choose. If you duplicate the event, the copy starts on the free plan.
Refunds
You can request a refund within the first 14 days, as long as guests have never opened the QR page and you haven’t made any exports without a watermark. You make the request in your account, under “Purchases”.
How to pay
Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. MB WAY and Multibanco (Portugal) and Pix (Brazil) appear at checkout when they are available for your account. VAT is included and you receive the invoice by email, with your tax number (NIF) if you wish.
Are you a venue, a caterer or a planner?
Pro is for people who organise lots of events: give your clients a tool with your branding and receive the plan and the counts per table ready to go, in the same format for every event.
Questions about pricing
Do I need an account to plan?
No. You create the plan in your browser and we only ask for your email when you want to save it to the cloud, share it or pay. You log in with a link sent by email, with no password.
What if I change the event date?
You don’t lose the pass. The pass doesn’t expire over time and the event data is deleted 90 days after whatever date is set.
Can I upgrade from Pass to Pass+ later?
Yes. You only pay the difference, €7, and the event gets the Pass+ features.
Can I ask for a refund?
Yes, within the first 14 days, as long as guests have never opened the QR page and you haven’t made any exports without a watermark.
Does a pass work for more than one event?
No. A pass is valid for one event. If you duplicate the event, the copy starts on the free plan. You can plan as many events as you like without paying.
What currency do I pay in?
In euros, with VAT included. In Brazil, Pass costs R$ 29; the other plans are charged in euros.
Do I get an invoice with my tax number?
Yes. At checkout you can enter your tax number (NIF) and billing details, and the invoice arrives by email.
Can I take my list with me if I don’t pay?
Yes. The guest list as a CSV is free on every plan. We never lock in your data.
Does the AI assistant cost extra?
It’s optional, and Seatalia works fully without it. Every plan includes messages for the assistant (40 per event on Pass, 80 on Pass+, 150 on Pro) and on the free plan you get 8 to try it out. If they run out, you can buy a pack: 100 messages for €2.90 or 300 for €6.90, paid once, with no expiry date and valid for any event in your account. A message that fails is not charged. The assistant only sees an anonymous summary of the plan, with no names.
