Seating plan templates

A tidy guest list and a blank plan to print. When you want the tables to fill themselves in, import the list into Seatalia.

Guest list (CSV)

Opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. It has the columns Seatalia recognises and three example rows that you should delete. It comes in UTF-8, so accents display correctly.

Once you’ve filled it in, import the file into Seatalia: the wizard recognises the columns on its own.

Blank seating plan

Print this page and use a pencil. Each card is a table of 10 seats: write the name or number of the table and, on the lines, who sits in each seat. For tables with a different number of seats, cross out or add lines.

Use your browser’s print function to take this page to paper.
